About Ashley

Rooted in this community. Running for all of us.

Ashley has called Ashburnham home for most of her life. My name is Ashley Bonner, and I am running to be an accountable, approachable, and forward-thinking representative for the ward I have long called home. Since 2015, I have worked at the grassroots level to bring people together, navigate municipal challenges, and turn community ideas into action. I am committed to affordability, sustainable development, meaningful public engagement, and building a resilient city where residents feel informed, included, and represented at council with integrity and genuine care.

"Change doesn't happen because one person has all the answers. It happens when people are invited in, listened to, and given the tools to participate."

"When more people are informed, more people get involved and our democracy gets  stronger."

The Platform

Four priorities. One Ashburnham.

01

Affordability

Affordability has to be part of every conversation about the future of our city — so people can live, work, raise families, and grow old in the community they love.

02

Sustainable Development

Smart, sustainable development that protects the environment and strengthens social infrastructure.

03

Public Engagement

Public engagement should never be an afterthought. It should be at the centre of how council makes better decisions for each ward.

04

Local Economy

After a decade working with local businesses and events, I understand what they need to thrive and how a strong local economy strengthens the whole community.

Join the Campaign

Change happens when we show up together.

This campaign is built by people — conversations at the door, signs on lawns, volunteers giving their time, and neighbours encouraging neighbours to vote. Be part of it.
